WT #309, Winged Bowl from Almond with Jet inlay, 18.375” diameter x 6” tall, buffed walnut out finish.

I recently got an Almond tree trunk and I really like the cross sectional shape of the trunk.  I wanted to do something different than my usual hollow form vessels with this piece that would showcase the beauty of the wood and the shape of the tree and decided to make a “Winged” Bowl.
